Admission & Withdrawl

The School Open registration for new admission on 1st january every year.

• The prospectus and forms can be obtained by payong Rs.200 between 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon from the school office counter or can also be download fro the school website.
• Admission in X & XII are not grante

Eligibility (Nursery to Std. I)

Std. II to IX

• Admission will be accepted for Boys upto VIII and Girls upto XI

Std. XI

Eligibilty Criteria for selection of stream in XI class is as follows:

• For Science Stream- B2 & above grades in the science subject.
• For Commerce Stream- C1 & above grades as aggregate grades.

Birth Certificate

• Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authorities, self attested by parent is to be submitted along with the admission form. The form will not be acceptible without Birth Certificate

Report Card

• Self attested copy of the report card or marksheet of the last examination passed, should also be submitted

Transfer Certificate

• Admission will be confirmed on the submission of T.C. from the head of recognized institution, duly counter signed by the education authorities. The last date for submission of T.C. is 30th June without exception; otherwise the child will not be allowed to continue fron 1st July.

Selection Criteria

Nursery	An informal interaction by the head of institution.
K.G.I & K.G. II	To access the reading & writing skills of the child.
STD. I to IV	Written Test of English, Hindi, Maths and Environmental Studies
STD V to IX	Written Test of English, Maths, Science,Hindi and Social Science
	It is mandatory for the child to get the minimum passing marks of 50% in written test in each subject. The test syllabus based on NCERT will be provided along with the admission form. The written test will be followed by an individual of the child

Result Declaration

• The result of admission will be displayed on the notice board of the school. No correspondence/representation what so ever, will be entertained in this regard.

Meeting

• After ensuring the above parameters and introductory and welcoming session for the parents to know the school and its system and procedures will be arranged.

• Parents are requested to contact admission counter for the prescribed uniform where the particular uniform will be available on display.
